• Order details (items, quantities, delivery location, notes)
• Payment status and method (we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner)
• Reviews, ratings, and any photos you choose to submit with a review
• Basic site-usage data (e.g. visitor counts) used only in aggregate

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to confirm and fulfil orders, calculate delivery fees based on distance, send order updates via WhatsApp or email, respond to questions, and improve our products and service based on reviews and feedback.

If you join our loyalty or referral programs, we use your phone number/order history to track points and referral credits associated with your account.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary data with:

• Razorpay — to process card/net-banking/UPI payments securely
• Our delivery team — your name, address, and phone number, solely to complete delivery

We do not share your data with advertisers or other third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Security & Retention

Your order and account information is stored on our secured servers and protected against unauthorised access. Payment credentials are never handled or stored by us directly — Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, handles that securely on our behalf.

We retain order history for as long as needed to support order tracking, loyalty points, and legal/accounting requirements.

5. Cookies

We use minimal local storage in your browser to remember your cart and login session — this is functional, not for tracking or advertising, and clears when you sign out or clear your browser data.
