1. Ordering & Batch Processing

Orders placed through our website or WhatsApp are confirmed once payment (or a Cash on Delivery request) is accepted. As explained on our How We Work page, we process meat in batches based on confirmed orders — we do not maintain speculative stock. This means dispatch timelines can vary slightly depending on when a batch is processed, and we will communicate any delay via WhatsApp or the contact details on your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order if the requested item is unavailable for that batch, in which case a full refund will be issued for any amount already paid.

2. Payments

We accept UPI, cards/net banking via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Prices shown at checkout are final and include applicable delivery charges, which are calculated based on your delivery distance from our farm.

COD orders may carry a small COD handling fee, shown clearly at checkout before you confirm. Promo codes and referral discounts are subject to the terms shown at the time they are applied and may be withdrawn or changed at our discretion.

3. Delivery

We deliver within a serviceable radius of our farm in Jangaon, Telangana. Delivery fees are distance-based and shown at checkout once you enter your address. If your location falls outside our serviceable area, we will let you know before your order is confirmed.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees — since meat is perishable and freshly processed to order, we prioritise quality and food safety over rigid timing. You can track your order status anytime on our Track Order page.

4. Product Quality & Perishability

All our meat is fresh-cut and perishable. Please refrigerate immediately upon delivery and consume within 2–3 days, or freeze promptly for longer storage. Always cook thoroughly before eating.

5. Accounts & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for keeping any account details (phone number, order history) accurate and confidential. Please don't misuse promo codes, referral programs, or the website in a way that isn't intended for genuine personal ordering.

We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive of our discount programs, or placed in bad faith.

6. Liability & Changes to These Terms

We are a small family farm and do our best to get every order right. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
